Welcome to ExamReady HR! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ExamReady HR mobile application (the "App") provided by Andere HR ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Subscription & Payment Terms

• Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: The App offers premium features with monthly ($12.99/month) and quarterly ($29.99/3 months) plans.
• Billing & Renewal: Payments are charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

3. Use of the App

• The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App.
• Unauthorized access, including hacking or modifying the App, is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, quizzes, analytics, and graphics, is owned by Andere HR or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal exam preparation.

5. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept them.
